Reporting & sending private messages

I have a big problem here, in the past 2-3 days I couldn't report one post/thread , and I find it really annoying to VM every single admin and lower ranks staff members to notify them about these posts/threads , some staff members would think I'm trying to teach them their job or think that I am trying to show mistakes.I know MPGH is laggy or being Ddosed these days , but still I couldn't send one report or PM.
VM's works fine.
I mean Yesterday I tried to report posts at Morning , After noon, Night and Mid night .. Couldn't submit one.
Does reports work for anyone else or is it only me ?
