The PS4's operating system is called Orbis, and is based off of an OS called FreeBSD version 9.0.

FreeBSD is an open source OS. As a result, we can learn a lot more on how the PS4 runs from this.

This looks promising as fuck but unless we get the keys to ps4s chastity belt its unbrakeable the only reason the ps3 got hacked and was unpatchable to for so long was they got the system keys to everything im hoping that will happend again wheather it be a leak or otherwise

Playstation will end up making it so ps4 can be jailbroken, but they won't admit it ^.^ They'll wait for people to do it, catch them easily, ban their consoles (Some people with jailbroken consoles most likely kids) then the people have to buy another console. Kappa
