monster rare drop

i ve been wondering
there are some drops that you can t get
i opened aqwiki by accident and find that the undead pirates
drop a weapon
a cutless to be exact
cutless+5
it is acs and rare
i ve killed the monsters about 150000-500000 times (BLOD quests) and rep and lvl up
but i never get the drop
same goes for the red dragon
soo what is the deal?

The item went rare, so you wont drop it from Undead Pirate

I don't know what are you trying to get from Red Dragon. It might be just bad luck.
For example: While I just trying to get Dark FrostSpawn Mage(A 1% drop rate), first I got like 5 Treasure Chests(0.75% drop rate)

Lol, that's a lot of kills

Anyways, just like what argorok11 stated, you can't get an item which is already removed from the game. Maybe AE might release it again on CR birthday.
