Don't give your account out to random youtubeers, VAC bans are on your account ID and that's serverside. You can't change that ID since your games are tied to it. The only way to evade a VAC ban would be to hack into steams databases and change the status and no one will do that for 5$ or whatever the youtube kids ask. Don't be retarded.
