unjustified ban, need help/advice

Hello,

i have never cheated/hacked, nor will i. believe it or not. i got banned and probably blacklisted on arma 3 sa-matra server. i think they used my guid, thats what i would do.

ive written the sa-matra team an email and asked why i am banned, and they said i used hacks, which i know is not true, i dont even know how to run those things, but thats another story.
funnily anough i am not banned on any other server or hosts or even battleeye itself. the problem is, sa-matra is right know the most advancing developer in special maps, like wasteland, king of the hill. so in fact i cant play on 90% on the server right know and i am not willing to buy a new copy of arma 3 because i did nothing wrong. i know it, my friends now it, even my wife knows it.

so i need your help, is there a way to change the guid in any possible way? or am i doomed to spend once more 45 euro?

any help is really appreciated.

a few things i note here.

1. why are you posting in a cheat forum if you dont cheat?
2. even if you didn't "cheat". having cheat files in your arma 3 folder is enough to earn a ban in some places.
3. im sure they wouldn't ban you for no reason, but if you still feel this is unjust then ask them to look again, but my guess is that they have a ban report with your name on it, with information relating to that ban, unless it was automated, but who knows.

in my experience, usually legit players can be unbanned by contacting the admins, but cheaters don't have the same success rate.
