yes, the VIP hack is hwid locked, but all they have to do is log on to the site, go to the HWID Reset section, and ask for a reset saying the upgraded to windows7 and their Hwid changed or something like that.
it worked when the user that i got it from gave it to me (something similar to that. i said i got a virus and had to reformat.

it's locked to one Hardware ID. it can be reset, but it will still only be locked to one persons.
imagine if the mods look at the account and see 6000 threads asking for a reset (each logged on from a different IP), what do you think will happen?
