well true but it also depends on their time here.. a lot of people are cavers, and not all post, so.. if they have been here for less than a month or maybe 2 months. then they could have 100 posts and still not count. then ofc is the IP check, if ur IP matches with any of the accounts that voted for you, its eliminated.
