Hack does not work on windows 8.1

I have win 8.1 and when i use SOH hack and start the game it says your game stopped working any idea.

Have you tried all basic steps - running game, hack as administrator? set exe compatibility to other (older) windows?

no i just write cmd in search bar nd it comes nd i copied nd pasted a command from google
