steam account with games and csgo inventory - Global Elite

I have a steam account with CS:Go, Assassins Creed: Unity, Far Cry 4 and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. It's Global Elite in CSGO. The account is community banned for supposed scamming (people wanted to trade me or scam me for my inventory so when I refused they reported me for scamming). It can't use friends or change the profile, but you can join csgo lobbies with a link or join off of a friends profile with the join game button. I usually keep my main account logged in on my browser and then chat there.

The CSGO inventory alone is worth almost $1000, and it has another $100 worth of games on it. I'm looking to get $175 paypal for it.
