but if you are tac banned you can share your game with another accont

if you join a game in bo2 and you get kicked and gets the msg "Cheat Detected" you are vac banned but if you cant connect to online service at all and gets the msg "you have been permantly banned from black ops 2(or somthing allong those lines)" you have been tac banned...
