Reviving the old item hack @Mpgh request for knowledge

Hi everyone, im new to this forum but ill go straight to the answers I need

I've found by myself how to do the old item hack with hexadecimal values i spawned a lot of stuff and such,
I'm asking if anyone could give me information on how the Tinkerer and such things (alchemist, mystery boxes) are interacting (or not) with the client to get the items in your vault, where and how is transmitted the information about the item that need to be delivered and all you can tell to help me with that,
