C_errorcode 14001

Hello, sorry for my language, i'm french so I don't speak very well English.

I know there is a lot of relateds posts for my problem, but the answer to theses didn't worked so i ask you if you can help me.

I have c_errorcode 14001 just after HGCW finish loading, and i know this is not a download problem because i installed the game from the installer on a other laptop and it worked very well. But here, it doesnt. I downloaded it via steam, via gamerage, via z8games.... Same problem, everytimes. I would like to play on Europe version. I think this is a Microsoft Visual C++ problem.

My laptop is a 64 bits windows 7, here is the config :
Intel i5 4200M 2,5Ghz
Nvidia GTX 765M 2go
4go RAM
I have the required config, so this is not a problem of perf too.

I have all thoses Microsoft Visual C++, what is missing if its the problem ?
