So I have heard that Overwatch does not check casual. Is that true?

So does that mean if I don't use a VAC-detected cheat I can just go full out rage and not get banned? Even if they report me?

That is not true because all servers on csgo are protected except some community servers

Casual reports still count towards your overwatch report count. The only report that does not count is spectator reports.

You are right. BUT you will get Overwatched. So if you didn'T hack in MM you can just rage hack in Casual because Casual reports counts to MM reports. So they will get a random MM Case of you. If you didn't hacked there you are fine and you can go on rage hackin in Deathmatch or Casual.
