Built it awhile ago but thought I'd just get your opinions and maybe where I could upgrade it?

What are your uses for this machine? Is it a hackintosh or are you using the Win 7 that you mentioned in the parts list? Overall, it doesn't need much of an upgrade right now. I'm not a huge fan of that case, but that's more of a subjective thing. If you're looking for future-proof gaming, you could go with an upgrade in the video card department, but overall, it's a solid build that should be perfectly fine for some time to come.

Im using both OSX and Windows . I use it mainly for editing for many things and gaming

It's a great system honestly the GPU 780 is getting older but it should be fine right now 8/10
