Yea I know, I'm not saying he will scam. He seems trustworthy and I doubt he would risk his steam account. I just don't like the idea of having to share my screen while on my paypal account as well as post the ToS. But I understand the ToS because he is preventing people from scamming himself.

It's a scary place, man. Most chargebackers refuse to show their PayPal balance, so it's just a simple precaution I like to take so I can keep myself safe. Haven't scammed one person yet, and I don't plan to. Can't blame me for trying to protect myself and my precious skins.
