If you used BoL, chances are that you're not gonna get your account back. I'm sorry but I don't see Riot unbanning your account if you used scripts to begin with, you'll probably just use em again. If you haven't used BoL, you'll get it back, I'm pretty sure. Anyways, good luck retrieving it!

Well as the ban code says "Sun Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2201" as this is a ban code for scripting thus receiving a ban.

I got the same email getting the same ban code since I scripted on my account.

P.S. search Sun Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2201 on google and your answer is solved.
