Hello , I am learning c++ and my goal is to make hacks and learn how to reverse engineering, so I am wondering if I must learn how to code with QT or OpenGL... I just finished Object-oriented programming , class , pointer etc.. I know all that stuff , but now I dont know where to go, what I should start learning next ! I need some advice...

As far as reverse engineering goes, yes.
If you plan to make applications and GUI interfaces, go learn them.

Reverse Engineering. Decompile C sauce -> Read ASM -> Understand.

And learn to use the tools you need (IDA, OllyDbg/x64_dbg, PE Tools etc.)
