OP, if you have the skype convo and the account, make a post in the scammer grave sub-forum.

LOL there is a lot you can do... Whether it is legal or not....

JK if it was alot of money and you don't mind getting your parents involved if you're under 18. Then call paypal and tell them them that your a minor and you got scammed. Say you had your parents perms. If your older than 18 try it anyways.

HOWEVER, if you paid as goods or service then chargeback the fuq out of that kid.

To make sure the account is not VAC'ed make them screenshare their profile and it will tell you on the right hand side if it has a VAC ban

If you conducted the report on mpgh, report this guy on scammers grave and ask permission to chargeback the transaction from the mods. Paypal is normally much more biased towards buyer protection so it shouldn't be hard to get your money back.

If u did it with paypal, chargeback and report him in the scammer grave.
If u did not do it with paypal, but still want your money (which i assume you do), report him in the scammer grave and ask the mods to chargeback the transaction.
The scammer will then be asked to give you your money back or he will be permanently banned otherwise.
