Help, Check If windows is shutting down!

Hi!
I need to check if windows is shutdown. i googled it but only found how to make it in 2006 but i wanna do this in 2008 to get it work.

When I exit my form it´s logoff but if i press shutdown button I get a error on my screen.

So, I need to check when my form1 is closing if windows is in shutdown mode or (restart mode).



Here is my code what I have on form1_closing

Shell("Shutdown -l")  Log off

But I need to check if windows is shutdown something like:

If windows.shutdown then

nothing...............

else

shell("Shutdown -l")

No, when i close my form it CHECKS if windows is on shutdown mode!

Nope i don´t make =)!

It´s the last part on my big project!

I got this code when I my app closes:

shell ("Shutdown -l")


But if i press shutdown/restart button I get a epic message/error

So i need to check if windows is shutdown or not

This is not a virus, i´ll tell you what it is when it´s done =)
