    What do you eat when you're craving something?

    I've had this issue lately where I crave sugar alot.
    If I drink water or eat cold fruits, I tend to have this weird feeling in my stomach, the kind of feeling you have when you're hungry.

    The only thing that helps is either serious chocolate or cookies. Oatmeal does the job but only keeps me satisfied for like thirty minutes before I get cravings again, if I eat a big portion that is. I drink green tea her and der to fight it but meh.

    What do you guys do to fight it, without gaining weight? I'm currently 178 cm and 67 kilograms, have to remain like that for my competitions. If I can eat anything that would fight the cravings and actually improve the body aswell then that would be even greater.

    @Skipss Flavored drinks? Got any examples? I find flavored drinks to have the same effect as water.

    Hummus is going to always be healthy. If you're worried about gaining weight, go with some low fat chips or something .

    I see you probably eat alot and alot next day that's a poor diet. Another thing you probably won't like it but it works .. eat less variety of food i.e eat same shit all day

    I usually eat the same thing over and over, tried varieties too, I just need something that can lessen my hunger easily, someone suggested me pasta which I'm going to try tomorrow, I just hate this hungry feeling men I just really do

    How does smoking stop you from losing fat? I believe smoking might make you look 'skinnier' but thats prolly gonna include muscles too.
    Smoke and you will get less hungry. especially at the beginning. Risk: you might get addicted to tobacco.
