    PC Compatibility HELP

    im wondering if my pc is compatible with AMD FX 6300 6-Core Black Edition 3.5GHz AM3+ Processor

    You're looking to upgrade to the 6300? If so, make sure your motherboard supports AM3+

    Click Start then search (without quotes) "system information" and you'll see under "System Summary" an item called "System Model" and that'll be your motherboard make/model number. Find that, search for it on online and see in descriptions that sites have on it what it supports!

    um the specs on the knew one says Specifications:

    it won't you will need to buy an am3+ mobo with that fx-6300

    Its easy Processor Interface: Socket on MB
    and check ur CPU socket both has to be same and your good
