    I guess I'll just do that instead, Also with kabam I never had a problem with their customer support, usually didn't take long

    But this is to resolve the problem. The third one was due to some game issue with my account and we had to go through a lot of log trackback etc as I randomly started losing items from my vault and I hadn't been hacked. According to Kabam, my account was glitched so badly that I lost almost everything in-game but in the database, that was not the case so my items were restored in 2 weeks xD
