can i get oblivion blade of nulgath by using quest loader ?

and will i get banned for it ?

The quest itself isnt in the game as a completable quest. i have tried.

So, as far as I know the Oblivion Blade of Nulgath is rare. Both the Sword, and the pet.
Now if your looking for the Overfiend blade of Nulgath, it's not rare. However you need to collect a lot of stuff before doing the quest to get it.
Supplies to spin the wheel of chance, the assistant, or Mana Golem quest will get you most of the items. Not all are going to be common or easy to get items. Some have drop rates as low as 1%
