My school laptop doesn't have a numpad and I know that many laptops doesn't. Can't you make the console re-bindable?

The random lobby joiner doesn't seem to work for me.

I added that per request. It wasn't really meant for others. You enter your profile ID, create a lobby, press numpad 1 then numpad 3.

No. Use macros.

It does work. I just tried the same executable I sent out. If you don't understand these steps then don't use it.
Steps:
Enter your profile ID (Make sure your profile is public, this won't work with people that don't have a custom url set up.)
Create a lobby
get your lobby id by pressing num1
press num3 to join the next lobby.

I just tried the random thing, it works. It isn't completely random, it just goes to the lobby that was made after you made your own lobby, but it works fine. Make sure you're using the join file, not the CSGO Lobby Finder file.

Same thing with me. The lobby finder works perfectly but join.exe isn't working. I put in my id like explained, click num1 but it does nothing. Numlock is on, all the other keys work. Yes I am in a lobby. Yes my profile is public and yes I am putting in the correct id.

ok! For everyone saying joiner isnt working the format you need is purely the end of your steam profile link.

Ie:

{steam}.com/id/kappa

you'd use "kappa" as your id!

works perfectly but some lobbies fail to join.

numlock doesn't matter. After you press num1 in console it says Lobby ID set to (whatever)
