CE Static Adress Help

I have spent the last 3 days trying to get static address for a ammo on Sniper - Art of Victory
i found the dynamic address then, then i did a pointer scan which found 5000000 results or more i then quit game found the address and rescanned again and got less and less but it's stuck at 3000 which is stupid any idea?? how to find static address please
