Paypal Unauthorized claim

So someone bought one my eBooks in march 15 and know says it was unauthorized, how do I prove him wrong? BTW since I only had 2 dollars in the Paypal credit my account is in negative know. How do I resolve this?

State that he did not have unauthorised access to the account and they should check the IP logs

Yeah honestly the best you can do is just say that the purchase was authorized and you were talking with him about the deal when he sent the money.

They'll check IP logs and unless he used a proxy while sending the money he will probably lose the case.

Call them and tell them to check the IP logs. PayPal calls are taken more seriously and they'll do it quickly, whereas people are less likely to believe you via the support message center.
