    Unhappy AVA HELP PLEASE!!!

    My A.V.A is just stuck in the banner and when the banner disappears, a tiny thing shows up and when that phase is over, the actual game pops up and then crashes.. (Whole process takes like 15-20 minutes) I can run Skyrim in high settings but I don't know why this is happening? Please help!
