If You Change the c4d and text and slightly toned down the brightness it would look better but i guess its your best if you think so

Okay,
well here's my criticism.
The C4D was badly placed (No offence ), and it doesn't flow with the horse or the movement of the sig.
And it looks like you've changed the background colour a bit, maybe an overlayed gradient? But it seems too much, maybe flip down the opacity to 50%.
The font kinda looks Assassin Creedyish, but it doesn't fit properly.
Maybe go to dafon*****m and search assassins creed and find their text and use it?

no i applied image render>lighting effects then set to soft light thats why its colour change when i made a new layer filled it with white set it as overlay ...

yeh i might go and get on my .PSD and delete the C4D and add a blueish/whitish one? yah the red one gave the best style...=/
