Icicle wouldn't work unless you hit them in an important place like the jugular because your body's blood and residual heat would melt it too quickly. Plus there's the problem of how to kill them INSTANTLY with an icicle, because they'd have to bleed out, which takes time, which means more chance of a struggle and higher risk for you.

Going off of what czar said, Probably the BEST way to kill someone is to go into their garage and turn their car on overnight, when they go in to start their car. The carbon monoxide will kill them and it will look like an accident.

Lol, not everything burns in a carfire. Metalic parts for one, won't burn so easily. When there's an explosion from a metal bomb, they can pinpoint the area that the bomb was in and usually piece together remnants of the bomb. You don't have an alibi, its a major incident that lots of people will notice. Cool guys don't look at explosions, but the police and civilians do.
