GSC Studio Patched?

Hello guys, My name is BruhLogic

First off you may be wondering if I'm a freeloader who comes on this forums for their own selfish reasons, let me assure you that I am not, yes this is my first post but no I will not be a selfish freeloader and actually help the community with the best of my knowledge.

My question is this.. I recently purchased a copy of Black Ops 2 (Since I hate AW and Ghosts) and I was looking for tutorials on how to get Mod Menus. I eventually came up with the conclusion that GSC studio would be the best solution to get one after researching for about 2 days but now all videos are saying that GSC Studio has been patched for the steam version, which I own.

Has it really been patched?

If not, does anyone know a good tutorial I can use to install a mod menu that has not been patched?
I understand the consequences of getting VAC banned, so that is why I use an alt with Family Sharing for my non-legit stuff.
