How to not get kicked from being AFK?

I was wondering if there's any method, so I wont get kicked for being afk?

I have tried CCTV and showering. I can't use a controller since it my PC doesn't want to recognize it.

First set the game to windowed borders mode and then watch TV

Yea just start watching Tv then hit ALT enter it will throw you into window mode

There's a easier way just have your Menu open (standard key is m)

I usually plug in my wired controller (wireless will disconnect after a while) and put a rubber band on the right stick to make the camera move.
