It's ok but I think you should read up on some adjustment layer tutorials or download some PSD's. A lot of the time you have all the right elements but you just never bring them together in the end.

If you could; Do you have any suggestions for neon-style-ish? Just about the only place I could think to look for tutorials is deviant art... not the best ones there(obviously I'm not saying they're bad, but.. there's probably higher quality ones elsewhere)
