Now I'm too skeptical to use this. I lost my Cod4 key to hacks (got detected) and I really wouldn't want to lose MW2 either. Most of you say it's undetected, but some are saying the opposite...

It's a free hack. Free hacks are bound to be detected. And if you say its undetected after 5-7days of the hack being out, you're not very bright. You think VAC will auto ban you as soon as you hack and not wait until they have a couple of hackers to banwave? Haha. Wait 4 weeks and see if its still "undetected" , until then enjoy your keys. VAC bans take 2-3 weeks. This is most likely detected.
