Im not sure if its possible but why hasn't anybody exploited m9k?. Perhaps give player all weapons?. It would be quite big if one was released.

There is no exploit unless you backdoor the admin and force him to spawn you one, which is useless because you can do much more with that then.
As far as time goes I doubt anyone will find a non serverside m9k exploit so stop finding until somebody announces it.
