Never used the Famas G2, but if it's anything like the original Famas then I'd go with the M416.

Its not like normal, it has a tiny bit more damage than reg. M416 CQB's scope is basically no recoil. So i might take M416.

Get the m416 cqb
I like the famas better at close range, because it has more recoil/higher dmg, but they both have the potential to be 4-hit weapons...

i like the m416 cqb but u can do whatever weapon u think is right...and like crusty said they both can be great weapons it just depends on the user of the gun...

i have the M416 and ill tell you its much better than the FAMAS definetly go with the
M416

The new FAMAS is awsome,I got an unbeliveable (legit) the first and the only time I try it XD I played a lot with M416,On close-range (Deathroom,Junkflea,....) took the Famas or for medium-range take the M416 CQB

All Variants of the G3, If the Famas is a 4 hit shot with the silencer, I would go with Famas.
