Unfortunately some people sell Windows 8.1 Pro keys for around $5-10, so I don't think anyone would want to trade.

I'll settle for 15k USD/NX but I wont be going any lower. I'd rather gift it to a friend if i'm going to be selling a legit key for that cheap.

Nope, its $15 for the enterprise key and $6 for the pro key for the first thread, and I have no idea where you got $15 for the second thread. The keys aren't stolen, they have MSDN accounts.

Edit: Sorry if I sounded rude, but I don't think there's any way you are getting 15k NX for a Windows 8.1 Pro key.
