    Question Can I run GTA Vwithout PSU overheat

    Video Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 290x 200 series

    Processors: Intel Core i5-3570K CPU 3.40GHz

    Memory RAM: 12.0GB

    Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology

    OS: Windows 7 (64)

    PSU: Kingwin Model NO: ABT-750MM 733watts power supply.

    or is this PSU better for my PC?

    Have never heard of Kingwin so it is probably a foreign country. I wouldn't really trust kingwin because it's not that well known and Cooler Master PSUs are probably the worst available because they are prone to explosions. If you decide to get the Cooler Master I recommend you keep a fire extinguisher nearby your computer. Go with the corsair and you'll be fine.

    Any PSU over 700 watts will be alright for the job, but i would upgrade to a more reliable PSU like corsair, cooler master, seasonic etc.
