    It generated everytime after cs go crashes. its basically saying that you should validate your files. it is NOT VAC related.
    A copy/paste from steam: An access violation could be 1 of 3 things:

    1) The game has a corrupted file/folder and needs to be fixed. Verify your cache and/or Reinstall.

    2) Harddrive has a bad sector and needs to be repaired.

    3) RAM has an issue. Run Memtest to see if that's the case.
