Unable to load language

Unable to load language error, meanwhile server.exe and wserver.exe are running smoothly with no errors at all, and also put client in trusted locations, dunno why I am still getting it.
Any suggestions?

I removed it from trusted locations, then added it back in, still nothing.
Using fabi source/client too.
Didnt edit anything about the client, keeping it local for now and soon to be public.

Since Infinite Realms is on vps, I was gonna make a server called Limited Realms using hamachi on my regular computer.
2 servers, like a boss.
But before I attempt to edit client to my hamachi IP, I want to at least get local working.

Added to trusted locations, didnt work, removed from trust locations, added again, still nothing.
Deleted the .swf, had a friend send me his who he can connect to (he is using fabiano source with the same .swf (client-release.swf)), I added that client to trusted locations, tried, didnt work either.
Nothings working.
IP for client is localhost still and so is the server.
Want to edit some stuff before making it public but cant really edit anything if I cant even connect..
Any solutions on how to fix?
