How to edit packets and lie to the server?

I was researching about why ROTMG disconnects you from the server when your client is not in sync with their server. I discovered packet editing and was wondering if there is anyway to intercept what your client is sending to the server, and then edit it, and send it through. I was messing with the dexterity values to get insane amounts of attack speed but this gets you disconnected very fast, same with editing speed. Does anyone know how to do this, or what the preferred program is? I have heard of Ostanto and WPE Pro but Ostant seems like it is not aimed at this sort of editing, and i've heard bad things about WPE Pro either being a virus, or screwing up people computers. You have to use a Proxy like Realm Relay or KRelay.

Ok i got K Relay and it's working. how can i use this so i don't get disconnected from the server while not syncd with the server? Or how do i make it think i am syncd? (I am getting dc'd when changing my dexterity in game).

Editing those stat values or anything of that nature will get you disconnected, it's basic anti-cheat.
Most hacks like that simply won't work

Yeah K-RealmRelay is the best option, there are many hacks that come with it.

You won't be able to edit other dll's, but have a look in the K-Relay release thread for a link to the ****** with some documentation on making your own plugin.

to make/edit .dll files you need Microsoft Visual Studio.
You can decompile .dll very easily with programs such as ".net reflector"
