and for the lag i suggest you put this: down like to 5-8 from 16

If you dont have ''Draw shadows'' option off you should do that.
May boost fps for more than 10.

Set the .swf to open with the flash-player by default, right click > properties > I'm sure you can find it from here

Yeah you should definitely set .swfs to open with flashplayer by default. Like the guy above said, right click the file, hit properties, and go to the general tab and change what it defaults to here:

Are you aware that fullscreen's on? Fullscreen makes you lag quite a bit. If I were you I would turn hardware acceleration on and just not use it.
