I didnt go prestige 1 etc.. just Plain level 70 with everything unlocked (scopes and stuff)

how will VaC know I level hacked? timed played or something?

If you guys can't go back for some weird reason, re-install the game if resting 10th prestige doesn't work.

Yes i have deleted my files ya showed and that didnt get me back to the first prestige or just level one for that case, but then i deleted COD6 and steam off and re-installed. Still i am 4th prestige and level 62.

I would really like to start it all over again from level one becasue now that i used the level hack i dont feel like i earned my levels and dont have the drive to continue to ply will i cheated.

It works if you're game is 1.0.169, otherwise it doesn't.
