Fabianos source Setup

Hello, now I don't want to seem like I'm spamming the forums or anything, but I'm just wondering how I am able to setup Fabianos Source. Please do not link me to k1ng31ayer's forum post, as I have already tried to figure it out, but failed. I am as far as downloading the source and getting Visual Studio 2015. But how do I actually open the files with Visual Studio?

A in depth tutorial would be very appreciated on how to set this up. Thanks!

Go to the root of the folder and you will see server.sln open it with vs 2015 and edit server.cfg and wserver.cfg
