Pro- He Is a Frucking Tank!

Viper Package:
Grenade launcher-You Get 6 rounds before your out...
Then you Have To Use a flamethrower to try and take out your enemies while they are shooting the fruck out of you.
Viper Package only if your planning on loads of quarantine.
Pro About Viper Package- Most Chams Don't Pick Up Viper

I don't play with specs often (40k gp for JUST THE SPEC for 30 days and another 40k for spec weps fail) but I have noticed that scorpion runs really slow

it doesn't even seem like he has +10 speed

What i would do is buy viper pack, (i suggest if u do buy 25k card) then after buying it buy a claymore for 30 days and a mine pack and fucking own.
