I tried contacting him, He doesn't accept me on skype or either talk to me ( tried messaging him too )

i checked his profile on mpgh and it says that he hasn't been active since 2 weeks ago,
I'm not sure if i can actually get in contact with him in any other way then skype or mpgh.


i will refund him if he adds me on skype or pm me on mpgh,
but as far he doesn't add me on skype or pm me on mpgh self i'm not able to refund him ( idk his paypal email ).

I am pretty sure @arunforce said this, he can correct me if I am wrong, you can host a giveaway with the same amount that you should refund to the community, once you do it and you give the winner his award, you will be unbanned and receive a 2-3 month blacklist
