How do you get out of the CHEATER pool?

I've been put in bad sport 2 times previously. Both times I was able to remove myself using stats manager. It worked instantly (on latest patch). This time however, I made the mistake of changing my level RP. I received an email from rockstar this morning telling me I had been flagged. It said MY ACCOUNT was still active but I would be "matched" with other cheaters. When I logged in I had the dunce hat. It also gave me a message stating that I was in the "cheater pool" until June 6th. So I immediately tried to use stats manager, and other "clear reports / unban / clean player" etc on other mod menus I tried as ******menu 0.03, endeavor v1.7, gta force 2.5, and kinky. None of them worked this time. I'm not even being matched with other bad sports. Empty session every time. Guys, is there any way to get out of the CHEATER pool?

Could someone also help me understand how the flag/ban system works on this game. I thought everything was client side due to the P2P setup. How is it that I was previously able to remove myself from bad sport previously by changing something client side (i.e stats manager) but this time when I tried to remove myself from the cheater pool, it didn't work. Some modders claim to have "undetectable" online bypasses? How do those work?

my friend is unsure and tried the same as you without sucess. he is in bad sports as a cheater til 6/11/15. will he be out of cheaters on 11th june or 6 of nov as some people us the day month year while others use month day year system.

as i said the date he says the cheater classification will be removed is 6/11/15. not sure if he is in bad sports or cheaterpool, dont know if they are the same but told him to contact rockstar support as he said he hasnt even had an email. if it is the 6 of nov thats proper harse as he has never been in bad sports/ cheater pool before

I heard there is an unban feature on ****** Trainer 0.03, but I haven't been banned yet to test it out.
