Prevent key input on chat

Hello. 'been diggin a little into this trouble, can't solve on my own tho.

Trouble: whenever I use asi loader (dinput8.dll), game keybound functions overlap each other.
Example: hitting "M" while chatting will destroy the chat window and force the quick menu to pop up; while driving, hitting radio control key while chatting will also destroy chat window and switch/turn radio on/off. And so on (backspace in lobby, enter/exit vehicle, etc.).
Info: Windows 8, laptop. 2 keyboards: built-in and USB-connected.
Tried: switching input types, separately using modules. Nothing worked tho.

I wonder if anybody else did run into same stuff. Any known solution, perhaps?
