    you have to have 15 successful transactions without disputes and there are like 2 more requirements and i think they are like verifying ur info, having an account on pp for 30 days or something but if you do 15 transactions youll be fine

    Assuming it's eBay, you'll need to have sold $250 at the least to get this taken off. That or so many amount of transactions, in which case it is most likely 25.
