I'm wondering if there is anyway to use cheat engine to get champs. There is this game called A.v.A and you were able to get guns not for free, but very cheap. The way it worked was you input the value of a cheap item in the game (for example a bat worth 200 gold) in cheat engine, then you change that value to the gun you wanted and then bought the bat. You were able to get a gun worth 40,000 for 200. I'm wondering if you can do this sort of thing with champs like ashe and other cheap ones to get more expensive ones. If there was a way to find the value of the champ, would this be possible?

Pretty much everything in LoL is server-sided. You used to be able to C.E masteries to get infinite CDs and shit but Rito patched that immediately.
Unless ur a master hacker and can intercept+edit network signals from ur comp to the server, there are no actual hacks for LoL (only tools).
