DayZ Emulated Banned from Whitelister .-.

So I assume its a HWID ban. I have looked around and don't really see a way of fixing this.

I mourn the loss of comrade in our neverending battle against server admins. Joking aside, I guess there is no option other than reverse engineering this and seeing what it uses for user identification. You may try a quick and dirty way to make sure this is HWID related - format HDD and reinstall OS. But is it really worth it? There are lost of cracked servers around, I would just try a new one.

I am banned from the whitelister for emulated DayZ. The whitelister is used to join ANY emulated server. And, no, I am not willing to reformat just for DayZ.

That's incorrect. It is used only by a bunch of server owners united under one vision. Emulated Dayz doesn't really have any central management, it's just hosters spread all over the Internet. Usually each of them has their own unique build. This whitelister is used only by a minority as far as I'm aware. The rest use standart emulator, a few even go as far as coding their own launchers. I'd post some of them for you but I guess it would be treated as advertising. So I'll only mention that there's a pretty large project from the country of your origin.
